D530 WA-12

This tile was inspired by a visit to the Native Peoples section of the American Museum of Natural History. They have an extensive collection of Inuit ivory and bone carvings that depict animals and figures from myths and legends. This design began its life based on the shape of a fish and morphed into an all seeing large toothed smiling creature that brings good luck and cheerfulness to those who contemplate him!

Measuring approximately 3 7/8" wide and 5 1/2" from tip to tail, this tile is glazed in our Victorian style crackle Walden Green glaze. This stunning glaze flows from the raised detils and pools darker in the recesses.

Available in all glaze types. Please e-mail us with your glaze preference, if it's not shown.
